Acupuncture is effective– Acupuncture is an excellent tool for bringing the energetic systems of the body back into balance and is well known for its ability to make profound changes in the body and correct inferior energetic habits.
Acupuncture is safe - Don't be scared! Acupuncture can be considered inherently safe in the hands of well-trained, professional practitioners. During an acupuncture treatment, sterile, one-time-use, disposable needles are used. The needles are inserted and retained for a relatively short period of time, ranging from a few seconds to 30 minutes depending on the condition being treated. Also, acupuncture needles are extremely thin in comparison with the needles we are familiar with in our medical doctors' offices. Though you may experience some nerve-related sensations, most people do not feel any pain during the treatment process.
Individual treatment – Every person is different. This is why you are asked to complete a thorough screening form prior to treatment. This will be reviewed by Dr. Song and discussed with you privately and professionally during your initial consultation. Dr. Song will be able to tailor an appropriate treatment plan specifically designed to meet your individual needs.
Herbal Medicine – In order to achieve a stronger functioning status the body may require the continuous support that Chinese herbal medicine can provide. Often used in conjunction with acupuncture, this gentle form of medicine is particularly effective.
Ongoing support – Understanding and providing for your individual needs is integral to our approach. We are dedicated to finding truly effective solutions that can help you maintain optimal health and wellbeing. We strive to operate with honesty and integrity and truly care about helping people. There is a chance that acupuncture and herbal medicine may not be able to help you.
